As a beginner with no programming experience, how is best to learn to create websites?

I am interested in learning to build websites outside of work for a new skill, but currently have no idea where to start, how best to learn this, where the sites are hosted, etc. Any starting points you could provide would be greatly appreciated. As a beginner with no programming experience, how is best to learn to create websites?
HTML is the easiest scripting language to learn. To add some dynamics to your web site, look into CSS which also is an easy scripting language to learn. You may also think about getting into PHP/MySQL which isn't to aweful to learn, but it does take practice. Try to obtain a copy of Dreamweaver for designing the site layout. It pretty much programs the HTML and CSS for you.

Good books for learning HTML, CSS, or PHP is the SAMS book series. IF you want to learn some of these technologies for free, try to W3C website:

HTML (http://www.w3.org/html/)

CSS (http://www.w3.org/Style/CSS/)

PHP (http://www.techtuts.com/v5.php) or (http://www.php.net/manual/en/)

MySQL (http://www.mysqltutorial.org/) or (http://dev.mysql.com/doc/refman/6.0/en/i鈥?/a>

I think you'll have fun with these technologies. As a beginner with no programming experience, how is best to learn to create websites?
Learn HTML if you want to learn how to create websites. If you want to be a skillful Web developer learn to it in note or Notepad ++ which is more useful for programming. If you just want to make a site you can use a editor like Frontpage or Dreamweaver.
you should first learn HTML . it is quite easy to learn . use ';dreamweaver 8'; for code assistance . after learning HTML u should concentrate in ';java script'; . and then ';jsp';,';asp';,';php %26amp; mysql'; and so on . but preliminery knowledge in ';C'; will be better anywhere .
